Sophia Nash begins her Royal Entourage series with a witty, romantic, and thoroughly entertaining tale. Suspense, passion, humor and more all combine to make Between the Duke and the Deep Blue Sea one of the best book I have read in 2012. Alex, duke of Kress, has been disgraced by a wild bachelor party with his peers and the Prince Regent himself. Returning home he rescues the lovely Roxanne, who has been left for dead by her evil husband. While the two are together a strong passion grows stronger by the day, while Roxanne's husband must be dealt with.

A Wonderful Discovery

Nancy Guthrie's, Seeing Jesus in the Old Testament begins with The Promised One.  The Promised One is a ten week study of discovering Jesus in Genesis.  A wonderful in-depth lesson plan for the novice and the veteran Christian woman, Guthrie leads us on a journey through Genesis and God's Promise for us.  While we know, through the New Testament, of Jesus and His walk on Earth with the disciples as a man, His teachings, death and resurrection, we also see His influence in Genesis.  I was delighted to begin this study; learning to look for Jesus as I study the book of Genesis.  I learned so much from Ms Guthrie's teaching of the Word, and I look forward to the rest of this resourceful series.
